We approached Adam to cater our annual event, which meant travelling to the Gold Coast. We wanted to create suave seafood BBQ for the top Nike and stab magazines athletes, families and staff. The food was in abundance and Adam’s level of food lifted our event and he brought prestige to what could have been an average Gold Coast event. The food was most definitely the highlight of the evening. Throughout the stress of it all, Adam was an absolute pleasure to deal with and always level headed. For any catering event, Adam will always be first preference.

WEDDING 2012

WEDDING 2012

Adam Dundas-Taylor catered our wedding for about 200 people in January 2012. His brief was ‘gentrified Americana’ with a few specific requests (like truffle mac n cheese!) all served family style, with lots of it. Adam was super enthusiastic and easy to work with, had delicious ideas and the food was incredible. Months later I still bump into friends who go on about the corn and the ribs… We will both totally be booking him for our second weddings (kidding)
