Drop Off Lunches

Dundas Taylor has designed drop off food packages for corporate clients who are limited with time or are on location. Each lunch dish is designed so that it can be reheated or served at room temperature. Minimum numbers of 20 people are required.

MORNING TEA – IDEAS

  • Yoghurt, berries and apple Bircher muesli
  • Candied lemon and walnut friands
  • Rhubarb and bran muffins
  • Chicken, celery and aioli finger sandwiches
  • Berkshire ham, tasty cheese filled croissants

LUNCH CHOICES

  • House smoked ocean trout fillets with grilled zucchini, barley, parsley and red onion salad
  • Braised Moroccan lamb with lemon scented cous cous, cherry tomatoes, labneh and mint salad
  • Saffron and lemon slow cooked chicken with chickpeas, fresh tomato, garlic and parsley salad
  • Fennel salt rubbed roast pork belly with root vegetable salad with quinoa and salsa verde
  • Rotisserie smoked organic chicken, grilled eggplant, feta, pomegranate and coriander pasta salad

SANDWICH AND SIDES

  • Crab, corn, celeriac double ribbon sandwiches
  • Gypsie ham, cheddar caramelized onion and rocket rolls
  • Avocado hummus, tabbouleh, lemon zest and hung yoghurt tortilla wraps
  • Swiss chard, cheddar, potato and red onion quiche
  • Avocado stuffed mushroom with soft feta, pearl barley and preserved lemon

AFTERNOON TEA IDEAS

  • Choc mousse cake with caramelized almonds
  • Macadamia nut tartlets
  • Double chocolate chip cookie
  • White chocolate and berry cheesecake
  • Chicken, fennel and cherry tomato quiche
