AMERICANO – Campari, sweet vermouth, soda, served tall with orange slices
VENETIAN SPRITZ – Aperol, prosecco, soda, orange slices
DARK & STORMY – Rum, lime, dash bitter, home made ginger beer
CECIL BAKER – Gin, yellow chartreuse, green apple liqueur, passion
fruit pulp, sugar syrup, shaken & strained over ice, served in a double
rocks glass, fresh thyme to garnish
CAT’S EYE – Reposado tequila, fresh orange juice, passion fruit syrup, shaken & strained into martini glass
CORPSE REVIVER BLUE – Gin, Blue curacao, Lillet blanc, fresh lemon juice, absinthe, shaken & strained, served into a martini glass, with maraschino cherry.
MOJITO – Mint infused rum, mint syrup, fresh lime and mint leaves, topped with soda, and served in a tall glass
CLOVER CLUB – Gin, raspberry syrup, lemon juice, dash shake & strain, martini glass, 3 raspberries to garnish.
20TH CENTURY COCKTAIL – Gin, lillet blanc, white crème de cacao, lemon juice, shaken & strained into a martini glass
PINK GRAPEFRUIT TOM COLLINS – Gin, sour grapefruit liqueur, Pink grapefruit juice, fresh lemon juice, topped with soda, and served in a tall glass with a pink grapefruit wedge
TITANIC LOVE – Lemongrass infused vodka, lychee liqueur, fresh lime juice, lemongrass syrup, topped with green tea & lychee soda, served tall, with lemongrass stalk & lychees garnish
BRAMBLE – Gin, fresh lemon juice, sugar syrup, shaken & strained over ice in a double rocks glass, crème de mure float, skewered blackberries to garnish
DAY OF THE DEAD MARGARITA – tequila, patron xo café, fresh espresso, passion fruit pulp, dash sugar syrup, shaken & strained into a martini glass, with coffee beans garnish
